What's a summer book club get-together without a refreshing glass of red sangria made by Julia. Mmmm...
2 bottles of red table wine
1 cup of brandy
1/2 cup triple sec
1 cup orange juice
1 cup blueberry pomegranate juice
1 cup simple syrup (1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar heated until sugar dissolves - then cooled)
Mix all and refrigerate in a sealed pitcher for 24 hours before serving.
