Heather has a reputation within the book club for making one of the best spreads when she hosts. Here's another tasty recipe she is sharing!
cubed cheese - pepperjack and/or cheddar
small can chopped green chilis
Place wontons in mini-muffin tin. Place 1-2 cubes of cheese and a 0.5 - 1 tsp. of green chilis into the center of the wonton. Pinch the four corners of the wonton closed (may require water to help seal the corners).
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes (or until cheese is melted and wontons are crispy). Serve with salsa or guacamole.
